I cannot say enough good things about this shop and people here! Not only is the work top-tier, but the people here truly go above and beyond. Despite it being Sunday and the roads being icy, the owner personally picked up my tattoo artist just so my appointment could still happen. That level of dedication and care is rare. I’m beyond grateful that they made the effort to come in and make sure I was taken care of. If you’re looking for a shop that genuinely cares about their clients and their artists, this is the place. Jacki is amazing! She helped me out with a not ideal situation I had from another shop. She fixed my piercings right up. She was so kind and thorough. I will not go anywhere else and would recommend her to anyone looking to get pierced. The shop is super cute and clean as well. Top notch!

My daughter had been asking for months to get a second piercing in her earlobes, and we finally said yes. We went to Jackie and she was so great—very patient and sweet with my daughter. She was a little nervous, but Jackie made her feel comfortable and she did awesome. I would definitely recommend her and would absolutely go back again.

I had been to several other shops before I finally asked a friend about jewelry and piercings, she sent me here. The first shop ripped me off on a way overpriced daith ring, the second didn’t have a piercer or jewelry, the third shop had a terrible jewelry selection. When I walked in I was greeted immediately by Jacki. She showed me an incredible selection of earrings and had exactly what I was looking for. She didn’t even charge me to change out the earrings I was buying (like the first place I went to). HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Jacki was as sweet as she could be! I will be going MM for all of my piercing and jewelry needs in the future ❤️❤️❤️

I went in several days ago to get my first lobe piercings. I had put it off for years after a bad experience at Claire's years ago that gave me an infection and a phobia of needles. My experience here was absolutely wonderful and I would definitely go back for my seconds. Jacki was my piercer, who I chose for her medical background, and she was AMAZING. She was super kind and professional and gave me plenty of time to sit and recover, and even chatted with my friend and me. She gave us a ton of information about aftercare and prepared us really well. Everything was super clean too. The person at the front desk was very nice as well and super patient. I definitely felt safe and cared about here and I would absolutely recommend this shop (and Jacki!) to anyone. I also loved all the options for earrings!
